Enfield's draft site allocation SA2.4 for Southbury Leisure Park lists an estimated housing capacity of 605 homes and indicates tallest buildings up to 42 metres. Those figures are part of the borough's published plan material.
The current planning application and submitted Planning Statement set out a larger scheme, with up to 1,150 homes and building parameters that include towers up to 29 storeys and a maximum plot parameter of 118.46m AOD in the outline element.
This difference in scale is one of the most important planning questions for Southbury residents to focus on, because it affects local infrastructure pressure, skyline impact and day-to-day neighbourhood change.
